TRAINING SCHEDULE

We offer traditional Muay thai training. Group sessions are twice a day from Friday to Saturday rest on Sunday.
We also offer private session 1 on 1 with trainer from 9 am to 3 pm every day (also weekends) 
The gym, fitness area and pool are open 24 hours.
You can use the training area at all times in between group sessions.

Afternoon

From 4.00 PM to 7 PM

  • Shadow Boxing

  • Pad work + Techniques

  • Sand Bag

  • Clinch

  • Sparing

  • Stretching

  • Relaxing or Swimming

At 310 Gym, we offer both single and shared room accommodation complete with all the modern amenities you need to relax after a hard day of training. Our rooms are perfectly adapted to meet the needs of either individuals or small groups.
