TRAINING SCHEDULE

We offer Traditional Muay Thai training , twice a day.  Saying that the ring and training area is always open,  though kicking the bags between 10 pm and 5 am is prohibited - guests need thier sleep. With the Beach only a few minutes away there is plenty of opportunity for sun and sea and a relaxing cooling down time.

From 6.30 AM to 9 AM

  • Muay Thai Techniques

  • Sparring

  • Stretching

Afternoon

From 4.00 PM to 7 PM

  • Running

  • Jumping Rope

  • Shadow Boxing

  • Pad work + Techniques

  • Sand Bag

  • Clinch

  • Sparing

  • Stretching

  • Relaxing or Swimming
